We know you’re eager to get your new golf gear, so we process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we strive for perfection with every shipment, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact (including headcovers for clubs)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Golf balls (once removed from original packaging)
- Grips (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Footwear (if worn or without original shoe box)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items (including novelty headcovers)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your golf equipment:
- Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and product details
- Wait for approval – Our support team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Ship your return to our address using a trackable shipping service (we recommend insurance)

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted if applicable
Exchange Process
Need to exchange your fairway wood for a different loft? Want a different size golf bag? We’re happy to help:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product
- We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your golf equipment arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
